Looking back as the moments passed by
This is a new year filled with love and pleasure
Colorful fireworks fill the dark night sky
These moments we cherish is our most favorite treasure
I wish this becomes the best year yet
Lets just hope it contains love and not war
My vow is to give you whatever you want, you get
instead of being the selfish man i was before
The mistakes I made before, let them go
because this new year is a brand new me
as cliche as that sounds, we shall grow
forever together to envy every wanna be
So lets embrace this moment to cherish the love
that was sent from God himself up above
Don't let this poem make your eyes tear
